Cuisinox Curved Gnocchi Board

This new curved design gnocchi board makes pasta making simple and fun. Simply press the dough onto the board to create the perfect ridges on your Gnocchi. Ridges on gnocchi help the sauce cling to the surface of the gnocchi. 

Our Gnocchi boards are made from Beechwood because it provides a durable, rigid, and slightly porous surface that prevents delicate potato dough from sticking, unlike plastic or metal. The natural, high-quality wood maintains its structure, allows for precise, deep ridges, and absorbs excess moisture to ensure the pasta holds its shape without becoming gummy.
